Banh Mi is the most delicious cat to behold, and just like her namesake, she's soft on the outside and layered with goodness on the inside. This gorgeous girl arrived with her babies, and like the dutiful mother she is, she has carefully crafted their development into fine young kittens who are on their way to find homes of their own. Now it's her turn to find a forever family.
Banh Mi loves to be the centre of attention and spends her time lounging around, basking in human affection with lots of cuddles and fuss. She's a very chilled lady who loves to groom herself attentively and doesn't mind if you join in. She also has a playful side—she displayed this with her kittens, balancing her nurturing instincts with a bit of fun. Banh Mi likes to lead the way into a room and will position herself comfortably on the floor, often planting herself directly in your path because she's so comfy she's not moving. You may have to step over her, but that's just her way of keeping you company.
Banh Mi arrived at Mayhew at the start of April after she was brought in as a stray alongside her kittens. She has been behaviourally assessed by our cattery staff and given any medical treatment required by our veterinary team. She's not fussy about food—she eats wet and dry, both fish and meat. One quirk: Banh Mi doesn't like a room that's too warm and will seek out a cooler spot, like a window sill with the window open, to relax in.
