Are you feeling hungry? Well, you are in for a treat, because Chippy and Chips are on the menu! These two adorable three-month-old sisters have had a rough start to life and are looking for a nice home where they can be the main course. They can be shy at first, but with time, patience, and plenty of playtime, they will be eating out of the palm of your hands. Chippy and Chips can be homed together or separately, and they could live with children who have experience living with cats before, as their boundaries will need to be understood and respected.
Chippy & Chips arrived at Mayhew at the end of April after their owner could no longer care for them. They have been behaviorally assessed by our cattery staff and given any medical treatment required by our veterinary team. All cats leave our care microchipped, neutered, and have been given flea and worming treatment as well as any vaccinations (at least first). Additionally, every cat adopted from us will also go home with 4 weeks of free pet insurance. They have both had some diarrhea on arrival; after a fecal test, it was revealed that Giardia was present. They have been treated for this and have been given the all-clear.
