Fluffy is a handsome domestic long-haired tabby cat who has been quite shy since arriving at Mayhew, so we do not have any photos of him yet. He originally came from a home where he had lots of outdoor access, and based on his behaviour while at Mayhew, we believe he would be best suited to a working cat home. He will still need a safe space where he will sleep and eat, but will be allowed the space to avoid people should he choose to and will have lots of outdoor space to explore. Fluffy arrived at Mayhew at the beginning of February after his owner was unable to care for him due to their health. He has been behaviourally assessed by our cattery staff and given any medical treatment required by our veterinary team. All cats leave our care microchipped, neutered and have been given flea and worming treatment as well as any vaccinations (at least first). Lastly, every cat adopted from us will also go home with 4 weeks free pet insurance. Fluffy is a working cat and is looking for an alternative home which can offer lots of outdoor access, and a safe area where he can be away from people if he chooses. He could potentially live in a home with other animals, and children, depending on the space available to him.
Fluffy has been medically treated as needed by our veterinary team. He is microchipped, neutered, and up to date on flea and worming treatments, with at least his first vaccinations administered. He comes with 4 weeks of free pet insurance upon adoption.
