Domestic Short Hair·3 years, 8 months·♂ Male·BlackWhite┊Tuxedo
Lenny is a handsome three year and eight month old Domestic Short Hair male who is ready to find his forever home. Still with his current owner, this charming boy is indoor only, fully litter trained with a preference for wood pellet cat litter, vaccinated, microchipped, and neutered, making him prepared to settle straight into family life.
Lenny is being rehomed through no fault of his own. His owner has had him since he was just 13 weeks old and cares deeply for him, making this a very difficult decision. Unfortunately, despite over a year of trying, Lenny and the resident dog are no longer getting along. The dog, a terrier, has begun to see Lenny as prey and treats him like part of a game, creating an unsafe and stressful environment for him. While Lenny himself is fine with dogs, the situation has not improved, and his owner wants to ensure he can live somewhere he feels safe, relaxed, and loved.
Lenny is the perfect mix of loving, cuddly, and playful. Once he gets to know you, he is incredibly affectionate, so expect plenty of belly rub requests and sweet little kisses. He can be a bit shy at first, especially with strangers, but it does not take long before he is curled up beside you asking for attention. He also has a wonderfully cheeky side, especially when it comes to snacks. Leave a packet of crisps unattended and you may find Lenny helping himself, with his favourite being Quavers.
Lenny is in good health, being vaccinated, microchipped, and neutered. He follows a specific feeding routine: dry food for breakfast (Asda own brand), Felix wet food (meat pouches) at teatime three times, and treats for supper such as pocket type treats like Dreamies, sticks, and Lick e licks.
Lenny is currently with his owner and ready for adoption. Note that he is not a fan of travelling in his cat carrier, but once at the vets he is calm, cooperative, and very well behaved. He enjoys fun activities like zooming around the house with his famous Mexican wave floor runs, watching birds from the window, playing with children's toys such as remote control cars, and sitting politely for treats. He also has a hilarious love for water, enjoying walking along the edge of the bath while someone is in it and happily supervising your bath or shower routine.
