Elsie is a delightful three year old feline who arrived at our shelter in February 2026 when her previous owner had to move and couldn't take her along. This friendly girl is an absolute bundle of energy, always ready for a playful romp and eager to share her zest for life with her new family. Her vibrant personality shines through in every energetic leap and joyful pounce, making her a constant source of entertainment and affection.
Elsie has a grade 1-2 heart murmur. She arrived with a grade 3 murmur but, after a scan and a course of medication, she has improved and no longer needs her medication. Our veterinary team plans to listen to her heart again in 3 months, sooner if any issues arise, and she will need another heart scan in 1 year. She may require yearly scans thereafter to monitor her condition.
