Domestic Short Hair·6 years, 3 months·♂ Male·Black┊Solid
If you look at his picture carefully, you might just be able to see the face of our beautiful little Firestorm. As you might be able to tell, Firestorm is rather shy and likes to make cozy little nests for himself by rumpling all the blankets up, so he can then hunker down inside and watch the world go by from the safety of his hidden paradise. This six-year-and-three-month-old Domestic Short Hair male, admitted in April 2026 (Ref: 130905), is a master of creating his own snug retreats. Firestorm isn't currently the biggest fan of human attention, but his love of tasty stick treats is giving us a way to make friends with him, and he's even started to take the treats gently from our fingers. While we can't say for sure what our nest-making little dude will be like in the home, it's possible that with plenty of time, space, treats, and nests, Firestorm may yet become a loving companion. He needs some settling in, but his gentle progress shows a heart ready to bloom in the right environment.
Firestorm has historic medical concerns, namely a history of lameness which is resolved, that will require consideration before he is rehomed. Our rehoming team will be able to give you further information if you apply to rehome this pet and you are a successful match. We would also advise that any medical concern, be that historic or ongoing, is discussed with your own vet prior to any book out appointment.
If you're ready to offer a quiet, patient home to this shy nest-maker, please inquire about Firestorm (Ref: 130905). His journey from hidden observer to potential companion is just beginning, and with your support, he might just surprise everyone with his warmth.
