Cookie

Cookie, is a sweet little girl who is just a bit shy of her current surroundings. She is a very gentle and loving soul who would welcome a nice quiet, calm home and then you'll see her grow in confidence the more she settles in. She may not approach people for fuss just yet but she will poke her head out of hiding to see who is coming to say hi and then if you offer her a hand she will nuzzle against you and if you hit the right spot will wriggle on her side as she gets involved in enjoying all of the cuddles. She would probably prefer a more grown up adult home too where she can be the centre of the universe. Cookie arrived at Mayhew towards the middle of January after her owner was not allowed to keep her in the property long term. She has been behaviourally assessed by our cattery staff and given any medical treatment required by our veterinary team. All cats leave our care microchipped, neutered and have been given flea and worming treatment as well as any vaccinations (at least first). Lastly, every cat adopted from us will also go home with 4 weeks free pet insurance.
