Peggotty is an incredibly lovely, playful, and gentle little lady who has blossomed beautifully despite a rough start. Discovered abandoned in a car park in November, she has since thrived in foster care, growing in confidence each week to reveal her true sassy, cheeky, and loving nature. This tiny cat packs a big personality, complete with huge moon eyes and very striking whiskers that make her impossible to miss.
While she's still gaining confidence around strangers, Peg really loves human company. She often marches right over to her foster parents for cuddles and head scritches, proving she's not shy about asking for affection. Though not yet a lap cat, she could well become a lap lounger given time and trust. She's very chatty, a big purrer, and proudly announces her presence, always saying hello when she sees you. Her playful side shines through with a love for ribbons, mice, or catnip toys, and she's itching to explore the outdoors when the time is right.
Her favourite spot at the moment is her cat tree, where she curls up or sprawls out in style, but she also snuggles up in her cat igloo for an extra cosy snooze. Peggotty is now looking for her deserving forever home, and with the right set-up, she could truly thrive and bring her new humans and fellow felines a lot of love and joy in return.
Peggotty has no specific health issues mentioned, but as a rescue cat, she may benefit from regular vet check-ups to ensure her continued well-being.
Interested adopters should contact the shelter to arrange a viewing, keeping in mind her need for a calm environment to help her feel at ease. Her history as a rescue from November means she's ready for a fresh start with a loving family.
