Salem and Smalls are a delightful pair of young cats, aged 1 year 11 months and 1 year 8 months respectively, who arrived at the shelter in February 2026 after the heartbreaking loss of their previous owner. These two boys are on a mission to find a peaceful forever home where they can thrive together. They are both incredibly friendly and affectionate, always eager to greet you with purrs and headbutts for endless strokes. Imagine opening your door to these two charmers, ready to shower you with love straight out of the gate.
While they adore human company and are happy with children of all ages, they prefer a home without other pets, as they cherish being the center of attention. They also need access to both indoor comfort and a secure outdoor garden, ideally away from busy roads, so they can safely explore and lounge in the sunshine. Salem has a bit of a health backstory: he arrived with stomatitis, which required some dental work. Thankfully, his mouth is now much improved, though he remains prone to gingivitis. He's currently on our Part Foster Scheme for teeth and gums, and we recommend keeping him on a dental supplement to maintain his oral health.
